Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial jobsites as superintendent or field lead.
• Proven ability manage subcontractors, trade sequencing, and schedules.
• Skilled reading architectural/structural/MEP drawings.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise trade partners to ensure project execution.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules to anticipate delays.
• Enforce site safety standards for a safe, organized worksite.
• Conduct pre-installation meetings and site inspections to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to resolve site issues.
• Utilize Procore to log daily reports, progress, and RFIs.
• Drive project closeout and punch-list completion for timely delivery.
