Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects onsite in Milwaukee from groundbreaking through final closeout. You will serve as the primary field representative, oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate subcontractors, protect schedules and budgets, and uphold safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial construction supervision, strong leadership, and a proven ability to resolve field

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction field supervision.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors on complex projects.
• Experience reviewing drawings, RFIs, and contract documents.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and quality control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction operations as the primary field contact.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage jobsite logistics, safety programs, and site organization.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and RFIs to identify issues.
• Lead field meetings with stakeholders and document action items.
• Oversee inspections, permits, testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project documentation using Procore and related systems.
• Assist with change orders and coordination with Project Managers.
