Jobot in Milwaukee's design-build sector seeks a driven Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and uphold safety standards across projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, a related degree, and strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in CM software and eligible to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of workers, including schedules, progress, and resources.
• Create cost estimates for labor, materials, and other project costs.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and stakeholders on budget and timeline.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.
• Hire additional subcontractors and assign work.
• Maintain a daily log of site operations and report to management.
• Make operational changes to meet deadlines.
• Implement cost-effective, efficient management techniques.
