IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical seeks a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman in Pecos, Texas. You will supervise craft workers, interpret plans, ensure safety compliance, and inspect ongoing work to meet specifications.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience; a State Electrical License is strongly preferred. OSHA 30 or ability to obtain is required. Travel may be needed, and pre-employment background and MVR checks apply.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of recent commercial electrician experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background and MVR checks when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion and documentation of project daily/weekly/monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
