Energy Jobline ZR in the Nashville area is seeking a Commercial Electrical Supervisor to lead day-to-day field construction, manage journeyman electricians and apprentices, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality on commercial projects.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with project management, and drive adherence to NEC and local codes while mentoring crews and coordinating with vendors. This role offers solid career growth toward superintendent or project management roles.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5–7 years of commercial electrical experience.
• 2–5 years in a supervisory/lead role managing field crews.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical trade program.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and supervise crews of journeyman electricians and apprentices on commercial projects.
• Plan, assign, and delegate daily work to maintain production, quality, and schedule.
• Train and develop team members, promoting accountability, craftsmanship, and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, one-lines, and project specs; translate design into field plans.
• Coordinate material takeoffs, tools, and equipment with office/warehouse to reduce downtime.
