Qualifications

• Valid electrician license or certification as required by local or state regulations.
• 5+ years of experience as a commercial electrician with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant electrical standards.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and coordinating complex commercial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians on commercial construction and maintenance projects.
• Interpret and implement electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies on job sites.
• Manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and report progress to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices to promote skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and any incidents or deviations from plans.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any on-site conflicts.
