Jack Hornsby Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead crews on high-profile commercial and industrial projects in West Tennessee. The role involves coordinating plan/spec work, supervising execution, and ensuring safety and quality without overnight travel.

You will read blueprints, develop daily schedules, and take ownership from start to finish on major installations and maintenance projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Previous foreman or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• OSHA training or certifications are preferred.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and manage job site execution.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, coordinating layout and execution of projects.
• Plan daily work schedules and ensure projects stay on track.
• Ensure job site safety, quality standards, and code compliance.
• Communicate with project managers, team members, and other trades.
