Experience leading construction initiatives is required; elevator industry background is not mandatory, with relevant experience in commercial construction, trades, or field operations being highly valuable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction project leadership in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience managing schedules, manpower, subcontractors, materials, and field priorities.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, diagrams, or other construction documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making in active sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination with field crews, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Elevator industry experience not required; relevant backgrounds in commercial construction or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution across active jobsites to keep projects safe, organized, and on schedule.
• Oversee manpower, scheduling, sequencing, and day-to-day activity.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate materials and tools needed for timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, costs, change orders, and potential risks to protect profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
• Maintain safety and quality through regular jobsite visits and adherence to standards.
