Job summary

Trade Management is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews in San Antonio, TX. You will supervise field crews, read plans, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure safety and quality on projects.

Ideal candidates have commercial electrical experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Texas Journeyman license is preferred; valid license and background screen required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial electrical crews.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Texas Journeyman Electrician license preferred based on project requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead commercial electrical crews.
• Coordinate daily manpower, assignments, and workflow.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Oversee installation of commercial electrical systems and equipment.
• Monitor crew productivity, quality, and project progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite needs.
• Ensure work complies with project specs and codes.
• Maintain OSHA and company safety standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Train and direct electricians and apprentices.
• Communicate project status and needs to leadership.
