Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. in Greenville, SC, seeks a Commercial Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial electrical projects from preconstruction to closeout.

The role includes estimating, budgeting, change orders, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and liaising with customers and vendors. 4+ years' PM/estimating experience and NEC knowledge are required; Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred; Microsoft Office and Accubid experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial electrical construction project management and/or estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and NEC requirements.
• Experience working with and supporting electrical field personnel.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electrical estimating/project management software.
• Accubid experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Prepare estimates, budgets, change orders, and supporting project documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, material usage, and overall project performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work and provide technical support to field teams.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
