Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. in Greenville, SC, seeks a Commercial Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial electrical projects from preconstruction to closeout.

The role includes estimating, budgeting, change orders, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and liaising with customers and vendors. 4+ years' PM/estimating experience and NEC knowledge are required; Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred; Microsoft Office and Accubid experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial electrical construction project management and/or estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and NEC requirements.
• Experience working with and supporting electrical field personnel.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electrical estimating/project management software.
• Accubid experience is a plus.

Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking a Commercial Electrical Project Manager / Estimator for a well-established electrical contractor in the Greenville, SC area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical construction professional who can manage projects while also supporting estimating and preconstruction efforts. The position will oversee commercial electrical projects from initial estimating and planning through successful completion.
