Job summary

The successful candidate will prepare estimates, review drawings, develop takeoffs, and coordinate field needs with foremen to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery across various commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Commercial electrical construction experience required.
• Electrical estimating and/or project-management experience required.
• Ability to read electrical plans and specifications required.
• Understanding of commercial electrical materials and installation methods preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for commercial electrical opportunities.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and bid documents.
• Develop labor and material takeoffs.
• Support pricing and proposal preparation.
• Assist with project planning after award.
• Coordinate field requirements with Foremen and project leadership.
• Track project budgets, materials, schedules, and scope changes.
• Support change-order pricing and documentation.
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Assist with project closeout and documentation.
• Maintain organized project records and reporting.
