Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman for a growing electrical contractor based in Southwest Florida. This Fort Myers-based role leads field crews on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work, foreman or lead experience, and strong NEC/code knowledge. IBEW background preferred; must have PPE and tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Foreman or lead electrician experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• IBEW background preferred.
• Must have all PPE and required electrical hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Plan daily work, coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Read blueprints and schedules to guide installation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Mentor electricians and apprentices; track progress.
