Job summary

Clark Electric seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial electrical projects and lead field crews in Fort Myers, FL. You will coordinate labor, materials, schedules, safety, quality, and jobsite documentation to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning labor and materials, supervising crews, and ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes while maintaining reports and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman/Superintendent or similar leadership role in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for large commercial electrical projects.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Lead, train, and supervise field employees.
• Ensure installations comply with project specs, NEC, local codes, and OSHA standards.
• Monitor labor productivity, job costs, material usage, and project progress.
• Conduct weekly coordination and safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, three-week look-ahead schedules, and required project documentation.
• Coordinate punch-list completion and project closeout.
• Communicate updates and concerns to Project Manager and leadership.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, inspectors, and project partners.
