Job summary

Stryker Electrical Contracting Inc. seeks an Industrial/Commercial Electrician Foreman to lead field teams on electrical construction projects.

The role focuses on safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of electrical experience, foreman responsibilities in commercial or residential work, and the ability to read blueprints and NEC codes.

Qualifications

• 6 years of electrical experience minimum.
• Experience leading field teams on electrical construction.
• Experience with switchgear packages and conduit systems.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret NEC codes.
• Residence or commute to Manatee/Sarasota County; projects in northern Sarasota area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field teams on electrical construction sites.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence and high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project management and subcontractors.
• Oversee daily site operations and equipment usage.
• Maintain clean driving record and professional conduct on site.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial/Commercial Electrician Foreman to lead our field teams on a variety of electrical construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Foreman Experience
• Residential Foreman Experience (At least has experience in residential work)
• Experience and knowledge of all kinds of switchgear packages
• Experience in EMT conduit bending and large conduit rack layouts
• Experience in high-end luxury homes
• Knowledge of NEC codes
• Speaks fluent English
• Clean Driving record
• Can read Blueprints/Drawings
• Lives in Manatee/Sarasota County. Job sites range from Pinellas to Fort Myers. The projects that are upcoming we need this person for are all located in the northern Sarasota area.
