Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead on-site crews, preplan, organize, and audit day-to-day field operations for drywall systems on active projects.

The role requires at least five years of commercial drywall experience, strong communication with General Contractors, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences & order.
• Documentation skills: Daily reports, time cards, work orders, RFI’s.
• Punctuality and attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer and technology savvy (Tablets, mobile devices).
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of drywall crews and subcontractors.
• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations.
• Prepare job progress reports indicating completion, material usage, labor utilization and issues.
• Coordinate direction with subcontractor employees and supervising staff.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment and report material/tool shortages.
