Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead on-site drywall operations, preplan and supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality. You will manage daily reports, timekeeping, and coordination with general contractors on commercial projects.

The role requires at least five years of commercial drywall experience, strong organization, and proficient use of tablets and tools for reporting and communication. PTO and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Understand drywall and ceiling industry’s materials and methods, and willing to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences & order.
• Quality control and material management skills.
• Exhibits high attention to detail; Documentation skills: Daily reports, time cards, work orders, RFIs.
• Punctuality and attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer and technology savvy (Tablets, mobile phones, etc.).
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations of workers and hours on-site.
• Communicate clearly with General Contractors and customers.
• Reports directly to Precision Walls’ General Superintendent or Superintendents.
• Ensure time sheets for workers are accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with subcontractor workers to designated supervisors to avoid co-employer issues.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and company standards.
• Identify and report issues related to materials, tools, or staff that impede production.
