Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office; scheduling tools a plus
• Familiarity with ground-up and renovation projects

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision of all field construction activities including subcontractors
• Enforce safety programs and OSHA standards; conduct daily safety briefings
• Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule; coordinate work plans to meet milestones
• Oversee quality control to ensure work meets contract documents and specs
