Job summary

MP RPO is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating with clients, subs, and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervision experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in reading drawings, managing trades, and using Procore or similar PM software. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for one large project or multiple commercial projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and address potential delays.
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections for quality, safety, and productivity.
• Lead jobsite meetings with subcontractors, owners, architects, and project teams.
