Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will direct field crews, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with contractors and engineers, uphold safety standards, and report progress to stakeholders. In-person work at sites; 8 years of commercial construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction management software and MS Office.
• Detail oriented, punctual, and able to work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• 8 years of commercial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise construction workers' activities.
• Analyze budgets, schedules, and quality of work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates.
• Maintain communication with clients, managers, and stakeholders.
• Inspect sites and coordinate with contractors and engineers.
• Manage budgets and expenditures; procure materials and equipment.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Ensure safety and security of the site.
• Report progress to project manager, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
