Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with construction software: Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and execution to meet deadlines, budgets, and specs.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to align with plans and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct trainings to maintain a safe site.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
