Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil Eng or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction management or superintendent roles.
• Proven knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and complex construction activities.
• Strong pre-construction and constructability review understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial sites, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Supervise subcontractors for quality and contract compliance.
• Enforce comprehensive safety management protocols on site.
• Collaborate with pre-construction teams to review plans and optimize delivery.
• Oversee masonry and demolition activities with safety and technical accuracy.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, update stakeholders.
