Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of construction experience.
• Ability to read and fully understand drawings including architectural, as-builts, and specifications.
• Trained and proficient in OSHA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Train carpenters and laborers on proper methods and safety practices.
• Manage and direct subcontractors on the job site.
• Control costs that impact the job and resolve issues before affecting cost/timeline.
• Manage schedules and daily logs and inspection reports; report to the project manager.
