Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Design-build construction experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception through completion.
• Oversee estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution.
• Manage contract negotiations and proposal preparation.
• Work closely with owners and design teams during early project development.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project estimates.
• Lead owner proposal meetings and provide value-engineering solutions.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and the project buyout process.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Organize and manage multiple project activities while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Make informed decisions under tight deadlines and proactively resolve project challenges.
