Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Must have strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse project teams and serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders
• Oversee project initiation to closeout, develop schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones
• Own project budgets, cost controls, change orders, billing, and gross margin
• Oversee labor management, timekeeping, and field leadership performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure contract compliance and safe operations
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Apply construction knowledge to sequencing, supplier coordination, and materials
• Promote safety culture and lead quality assurance through audits and site talks
