Job summary

BF Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can own projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating field and office teams to keep schedules, budgets, and client communications on track.

You will manage multiple active projects, develop execution plans, and drive procurement and change-control processes across all phases of commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Ability to own schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client communication.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and constructability.
• Experience managing multiple active projects in field and office.
• Proven track record of maintaining project documentation and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Full project ownership from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop scope, schedule, budget, procurement, documentation, and client updates.
• Manage 3–5 active projects depending on size.
• Develop a clear project-execution plan before mobilization.
• Ensure proper setup before crews and subcontractors arrive.
• Maintain visibility into risks, milestones, and decisions.
• Drive detailed schedules including procurement and permitting.
• Coordinate field and subcontractor activities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change documentation.
• Provide clear updates to clients and Leadership.
