Job summary

Cogent Analytics seeks a Project Manager to lead and deliver key client construction projects from initiation to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety procedures, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and goals.

You will plan and direct field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors, resolving issues, tracking progress, and reporting status to management while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years of construction experience are required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations, and produce clear reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CAD‑based design tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and clarify objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines for teams and clients.
• Establish safety procedures and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and manage scope, budget, and costs.
