Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a skilled MEP Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects in the DC area. The role oversees MEP scopes from preconstruction to close-out, coordinating with design consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience focused on MEP, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection, plus proficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience focused on MEP systems.
• Proven track record managing MEP scopes on large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and coordination models.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP scopes on large commercial projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and field teams for seamless MEP integration.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking for MEP systems.
• Lead value engineering, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and maintain progress.
• Ensure MEP installations comply with codes, specifications, and quality standards.
