A Raleigh/Durham area general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects, including multifamily, from preconstruction through closeout. You will own project financials, schedules, contracts, buyout, and subcontractor performance, and guide a team of PMs and engineers to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Senior PM background in commercial general contracting.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Track record delivering large, complex commercial projects.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project financials, schedules, contracts, buyout, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead and mentor project managers and project engineers.
• Build strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and engineers.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and risk management.
