gpac is recruiting for a premier Raleigh/Durham general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own project financials, schedules, contracts, buyout and subcontractor performance, and mentor project managers and engineers while building relationships with owners, developers, architects and engineers.

You’ll manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and cost reporting, and drive risk

Qualificações

• Senior Project Manager or experienced PM with commercial GC background.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Track record delivering large, complex commercial projects.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and team leadership skills.
• Degree in construction management or engineering is a plus.

The Role
