Kelley Construction, Inc. seeks a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager in Bowling Green, KY. This role provides executive oversight for multiple large-scale programs and drives strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and client relations.

You will mentor project teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position requires leadership across all phases, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6; travel may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience supervising and mentoring project teams.
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple large-scale construction programs.
• Oversee development, preconstruction, permitting, and execution.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of construction.
• Review budgets, cost estimates, GMPs, and bids; oversee procurement and buyout.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and margin protection.
• Maintain executive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor Project Managers and staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee development/maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6.
