4+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (non-residential).
Proven ability to communicate with project team, clients and subcontractors.
Experience with cost management, financial analysis, budgets and PM software.

Responsibilities

Maintain favorable client relationships to ensure delivery success.
Lead project meetings with clients.
Manage owner contract including finances and profit objectives.
Prepare schedules and monitor budgets to keep projects on time and within budget.
Write and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders.
Participate in preconstruction efforts and RFI handling.
Monitor construction progress with superintendent and report status.
Prepare monthly financial forecasts and project reports.
Mentor and develop assistant project managers.
