Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is seeking a Project Manager for our Central Texas team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on planning and managing all activities to complete construction projects, coordinating preconstruction, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring data center/MEP project experience, 5+ years in lead PM roles on large non-residential projects, and strong communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Experience with data centers, healthcare facilities, or other MEP-intensive projects.
• Minimum 5 years as lead PM on non-residential projects > $10M.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all activities for project completion.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and develop project schedules.
• Monitor budgets and job costs, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead project meetings with clients and manage owner contracts.
• Write, qualify, evaluate, and negotiate subcontracts and PO's.
• Mentor and develop assistant project managers.
