Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial building construction projects.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and construction execution plans.
• Oversee project financial performance, including job costs, forecasting, budget reporting, and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and project buyout.
• Prepare and review subcontractor scopes of work, purchase orders, and contractual agreements.
• Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate construction activities, manpower, materials, and project sequencing.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other construction documentation.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
