Job summary

Omari Construction LLC is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial builds. You will oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, develop schedules and budgets, and build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

The ideal candidate has 5–20+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and the Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–20+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Proven success managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and risk-management plans to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Report progress to leadership with transparency and accountability.
