Osman Construction Corporation in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead office-based projects across the Chicago area. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with superintendents, owners, architects, vendors, and internal leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills, with travel to active sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project-management experience.
• Experience managing commercial projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, contracts, and submittals.
• Procore experience and strong Office/Excel skills.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to Chicago-area sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate with field leadership to support execution.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and docs.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
