CSG Talent is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Illinois from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors and vendors to meet deadlines and budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role oversees superintendents, reviews drawings and specs, maintains project documentation, permits, inspections, and monthly reporting, and provides regular status updates to owners to maintain momentum and profitability.

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while monitoring project costs and profitability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Process and manage subcontractor payments, change orders, and monthly cost reporting.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project owners, leading meetings and providing regular status updates.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, including superintendents and subcontractors.
• Review construction documents, specifications, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities efficiently.
