Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive construction industry experience with project management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and financial management.
• Experience leading construction projects and coordinating project teams.
• Background in commercial construction, general contracting, or related disciplines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Concrete construction and major commercial project experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction projects from preconstruction and budgeting through completion.
• Oversee schedules, safety, staffing, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Manage project risks, contracts, change orders, and client expectations.
• Guide and mentor project managers, engineers, and field teams to achieve results.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and operational improvements.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Support estimating, preconstruction planning, and project profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, efficiency, and delivery.
