Job summary

Coastal Quality Construction, Inc. in Parma, Ohio is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to lead commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will also prepare accurate estimates driving project execution while supporting field operations.

This hands-on role requires plan reading, financial management, and strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets CQC quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating with GC/CM/Design-Build firms.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and bidding documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates using takeoffs, subcontractor input, and cost data.
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, HR, operations) to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and bid documents.
• Support business development and transition pre-construction data to operations.
