Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking applicants for a day shift manufacturing role. You will operate and monitor machinery, perform assembly tasks, and follow ISO-compliant quality procedures. The position runs Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm with a base pay of $17.50 per hour and a $1,500 retention bonus after 6 months of employment.

No diploma is required, and basic math/reading skills are sufficient. Training is provided, and safety protocols with PPE are mandatory to ensure a safe production

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a day shift.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills in a team environment.
• Open to guidance from supervisors to ensure process compliance.
• Capable of safely operating light to medium machinery with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions.
• Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards.
• Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE.
• Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team.
