Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a hands-on Cold Storage Warehouse Lead to run daily operations in a fast-paced, cold environment. You will operate stand-up forklifts, supervise warehouse associates and forklift operators, and ensure safety and temperature controls are maintained.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate with a cold storage premium, a Monday–Friday shift, and opportunities to mentor teammates, improve processes, and grow within a global logistics powerhouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas.
• Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature standards.
• Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators.
• Coach and mentor team members with on-the-job training.
