Job summary

Monogram Aerospace Fasteners is seeking an experienced production technician to set up and operate Cold/Hot Header machines, forming metal parts to tight tolerances per blueprints. You will load stock, choose tooling, document processes, and ensure quality through inspection and logging.

Team participation and problem solving are essential. Candidates should have four years of related experience, be able to read precision instruments, and maintain accuracy in a busy machine shop environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Four years of work experience or equivalent in set‑up and operation of Cold/Hot header machines.
• Able to maintain tight tolerances and read precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cold/Hot Header machines and adjust tooling.
• Load wire or bar stock, secure in holding device, select speeds and tooling.
• Produce parts per blueprint, document processes and daily logs.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Perform troubleshooting and rework as needed.
