Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold heading machines to manufacture fasteners and precision components.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and material feeds to meet customer specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Monitor production quality and adjust processes to maintain tolerances and standards.
• Document inspection results and communicate quality issues to QC team or production manager.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
