Cup of Joe Cafes, a Starbucks licensed operator, is seeking a friendly Barista for our Northshore store in Chattanooga. You’ll craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keeping a clean station and delivering a warm guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available for a mix of morning, midday, and closing shifts including weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Craft Starbucks beverages and food items to recipe and brand standard on every order, every time.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience that makes guests feel genuinely taken care of.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to handle the rush.
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures.
• Support your shift lead and teammates — step in where needed, no questions asked.
• Show up consistently and be a reliable, positive presence on the team.
• Help train and welcome new team members as you grow in your role.
• Stay curious about the menu, the craft, and the brand — the more you know, the better every interaction gets.
