Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize per customer.
• Meet store policies including cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members during the shift.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and adjust as needed.
