Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation per recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate team to deliver high-quality beverages and food.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to store policies.
