Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Follow store policies, ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
• Six months customer-facing experience
• Six months of delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes
• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers
• Coordinate tasks and delegate duties to other employees
• Uphold store policies, safety, and security measures
