Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; with or without accommodation.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized as requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community.
• Coach and direct the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes; accommodate customizations.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety, and security are followed and upheld.
