The role requires flexible hours, reliable attendance, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues while supporting store operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the work of team members to ensure smooth shifts.
