Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring regular interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Delegate tasks to others and coordinate two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure quality beverages and food, while upholding safety and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment for guests and partners.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a smooth shift and maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
